Bajaj Finserv to Invest Rs 5,000 Crore in Pune, Will Provide Employment to 40,000 People

Bajaj Finserv and the Maharashtra government have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), under which this non-banking financial service provider will invest Rs 5,000 crore in Pune, Devendra Fadnavis, CM of Maharashtra, said on Saturday, June 3, 2023.

Fadnavis further added that Pune is gradually becoming a hub of financial services, and the recent development with Bajaj Finserv will significantly boost this sector. 

He also said that it's the biggest investment in the current time in the fintech sector.
